Saint Mars of The Desert – Clamp (5.4%)

Sheffield is certainly a city of beer and brewers, and St Mars of the Desert may potentially be its best kept secret, or at least at one time they were. The infamous husband and wife brewing duo are known city-wide and beyond for their juicy NEIPAs, describing their brewing style as “standing at the spot where old brewing traditions and and modern savvy meet”.

Clamp is their flagship NEIPA, despite their being plenty of Mosaic & Waimea hops, this NEIPA is super soft, smooth & has a big fruity, citrus kick. Delish!
