Saint Mars of The Desert – Biere de Mars (5.1%)

Saint Mars of the Desert present their latest spring-time brew, Biere de Mars. The infamously delicious, Sheffield-based brewery haven’t disappointed either, with a beer that perfectly pairs French and Belgian brewing traditions, delivering a bright, pale ‘Euro’-hoppy type beer. This is a malty golden ale that has notes of stone fruit and berries and beautifully clean, crisp finish, coupled with a soft leafy bitterness, thanks to its Saaz and Crystal hops. Perfect.
