Wiper & True X DEYA – Plan D (6.5%)

This collab between two of the UK’s greatest craft brewers – in our humble opinion, at least – looks to combine Deya’s house yeast and hopping approach, with Wiper and True’s mixed fermentation techniques.  This is a fruity beer, with fantastic aromas of red apple and pineapple, and it’s also a beer that will age beautifully over time (if you can wait…), with beautiful additional complexities – or so we’re told, we can confirm it’s pretty damn good if you drink it straight away, too!
