Roosters – Sawtooth (6.7%)

Roosters, a brewery with seemingly more awards to their name then I’ve had hot dinners, have produced a fantastic “mountain IPA”, in the form of Sawtooth. For the uninitiated, a mountain IPA includes a delicate blend of modern US hop varieties and moderate malts, to create a (hopefully!) beautiful juxtaposition of the two famous, modern IPA styles – West Coast and East Coast – resulting in a delicious, refreshing brew. Oh, there’s no need to hope with this one by the way, it’s delightful.
