Fierce Beer – Day Shift (5%)

Fierce Beer just might be one of our favourite Scottish exports, alongside Haggis and Susan Boyle, and this award-winning beer is up there with the best! Day Shift is double dry hopped pale ale, packed with Mosaic and Citra hops, unfiltered and low on bitterness with a beautiful dry finish. Interesting side note; Fierce ended up brewing 20,000 cans of Day Shift for Systembolget (Sweden’s state-owned  nationwide off license monopoly), who blind tested a tonne of beers for Day shift to finish in 1st place – impressive!
