Deya – Birdlip Hill (5.6%)

This extra special beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and then aged in oak barrels for 1 year. It was then re-fermented with cherries for ten weeks. A lovely drop from the legendary DEYA brewery.
