On Saturday 25th April<\/strong>, Two Thirds has been chosen – alongside a small handful of bars worldwide – to pour the legendary Cantillon Zwanze beers<\/strong> at exactly the same time as venues across the globe<\/span>.<\/p>\r\n That\u2019s the whole point of Zwanze Day: one beer, one moment, everywhere.<\/p>\r\n At 8pm sharp, bars from Tokyo to Toronto to Sheffield all pour together. It\u2019s a global toast to one of the most iconic names in lambic.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n If you know, you know.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n \u00a0<\/p>\r\n THE BEER (THIS YEAR GOES BIG):<\/b><\/b><\/p>\r\n For 2026, Cantillon are doing something they\u2019ve never done before \u2014 two Zwanze beers instead of one<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\r\n Both are made in collaboration with Vermouth Sullivan<\/b><\/span>, a small craft vermouth producer from the Jura region of France, blending traditional lambic with botanical vermouth spirits.<\/p>\r\n The two beers are:<\/p>\r\n A <\/span>Kriek\u2013Vermouth blend<\/b><\/b><\/p>\r\n A <\/span>Lambic\u2013Vermouth blend<\/b><\/p>\r\n Fruity, herbal, slightly strange, and completely unmistakable Cantillon \u2014 this is exactly what Zwanze Day is all about.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n We\u2019ll also be pouring a <\/span>rotating lineup of Cantillon on draught<\/b>, plus some <\/span>very special bottles<\/b> throughout the day – available to drink in or takeaway.<\/span><\/p>\r\n Our advice? We’re open from 12pm – so come down early, grab a table, and make a day of it before the global toast at 8pm<\/b><\/b><\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Zwanze Day is the kind of event people travel for – but this year, it\u2019s happening right here with us in Sheffield.<\/p>\r\n Same beer.
