  • Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
  • Entry: To enter, book a table at Two Thirds Beer Co between 20th Sept – 6th October 2024 inclusive and choose the ‘Oktoberfest 2024’ booking option. You must attend your booking to be included in the draw. 1 booking = 1 Entry.
  • Duration: The competition will run from 20th September to 6th October 2024.
  • Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on Monday 7th October.
  • Prize: The prize consists of the following: 
  • 1x Two night stay in Munich at NH Collection Bavaria München for two people.
  • 2x Return flights from Manchester to Munich
  • 1x €100 Bar tab at Paulaner Am Nockherberg.
  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the winner selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
  • Travel Restrictions: The winner is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable). Any additional costs related to travel, such as travel insurance, transportation to and from the airport, and meals, are not included and are the winner’s responsibility. Competition winner will be given 3 different travel dates to choose from. These will be confirmed by Two Thirds Beer Co and the winner must be pick from these chosen travel dates. 
  • Privacy: Participants’ personal information will only be used for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Disqualification: Two Thirds Beer Co. reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or show any signs of fraudulent activity or abuse. 
  • Publicity: By entering the competition, participants grant Two Thirds Beer Co. permission to use their name and entry for promotional purposes.
  • Management Decision: All decisions regarding the competition, including but not limited to the selection of winners, disqualification of entries, and interpretation of these T&Cs, will be made by the management of Two Thirds Beer Co. in its sole discretion. These decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the competition, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Participants agree to abide by and accept the management’s decisions without objection.
