On Saturday 25th April, Two Thirds has been chosen – alongside a small handful of bars worldwide – to pour the legendary Cantillon Zwanze beers at exactly the same time as venues across the globe.

That’s the whole point of Zwanze Day: one beer, one moment, everywhere.

At 8pm sharp, bars from Tokyo to Toronto to Sheffield all pour together. It’s a global toast to one of the most iconic names in lambic.

THE BEER (THIS YEAR GOES BIG):

For 2026, Cantillon are doing something they’ve never done before — two Zwanze beers instead of one.

Both are made in collaboration with Vermouth Sullivan, a small craft vermouth producer from the Jura region of France, blending traditional lambic with botanical vermouth spirits.

The two beers are:

A Kriek–Vermouth blend

A Lambic–Vermouth blend

Fruity, herbal, slightly strange, and completely unmistakable Cantillon — this is exactly what Zwanze Day is all about.

We’ll also be pouring a rotating lineup of Cantillon on draught, plus some very special bottles throughout the day – available to drink in or takeaway.

Our advice? We’re open from 12pm – so come down early, grab a table, and make a day of it before the global toast at 8pm
