A Three Course Italian-themed Feast, Aperitivo & an eclectic line up of beers & cocktails!

⭐️Aperitivo: Campari Spritz:
Campari, Prosecco, Club Soda

⭐️ To Start: Asparagus with Labneh, Mint & Toasted Seeds (vgo): 
Grilled asparagus over herbed labneh, topped with toasted seeds and hot honey.

⭐️ Main: Handmade pasta, with your choice of sauce:

• Short Rib Ragu – Classic ragu, enriched with beef short rib and bone marrow.
• OR, Pumpkin and Sage (vgo) – Silky Pumpkin puree, toasted pine nuts and a sage pangrattato.
• OR, Wild Garlic and Rocket Pesto (vgo) – Foraged wild garlic and peppery rocket crushed into a light, bright pesto.

⭐️ Dessert: Chocolate Torte with Creme Fraiche (vgo)
Creme fraiche dusted with ground puff pastry. Rocher of chocolate ganache with caramelised puff pastry shard, sea salt.
