⭐️ To Start: Asparagus with Labneh, Mint & Toasted Seeds (vgo):
Grilled asparagus over herbed labneh, topped with toasted seeds and hot honey.
⭐️ Main: Handmade pasta, with your choice of sauce:
- Short Rib Ragu – Classic ragu, enriched with beef short rib and bone marrow.
- OR, Pumpkin and Sage (vgo) – Silky Pumpkin puree, toasted pine nuts and a sage pangrattato.
- OR, Wild Garlic and Rocket Pesto (vgo) – Foraged wild garlic and peppery rocket crushed into a light, bright pesto.

Creme fraiche dusted with ground puff pastry. Rocher of chocolate ganache with caramelised puff pastry shard, sea salt.
