Goats Cheese Croquettes 🐐
Rosemary & parsley-infused goat cheese croquettes, fried until golden and melty.
Set over a roasted beet purée and finished with fresh lemon & peashoots.

Grilled Asparagus 🥬
Charred asparagus spears stacked high & drizzled in zesty lemon aioli.
Sprinkled with toasted almonds & topped with crispy fried shallots.

– Main: 
Steak Frites 🥩
Tender Bavette steak, paired with golden Koffman fries tossed in aromatic garlic salt.
Served with your choice of fresh salsa verde, herb and garlic compound butter or Diane sauce.

– Dessert:
Ricotta Honey Mousse 🍯
Light and airy whipped ricotta with local honey, vanilla and lemon zest.
Finished with candied walnuts and a dreamy drizzle of golden honey.
