Steak Carpaccio
Paper thin fillet steak with egg yolk emulsion, crispy capers and shaved pecorino. 
Served with sourdough crisps 

Fresh Tortellini (vgo)
Handmade tortellini stuffed with Jerusalem artichoke and pecorino.
Served with toasted hazelnuts and silky brown butter. 

Nordic Gravlax 
House cured salmon gravlax with beetroot and dill.
Served with sourdough crostini and preserved lemon.

Tender rack of lamb with herb pangrattato.
Served with luxurious pomme puree, rich red wine jus, and medley of winter greens.

Monkfish Tail 
Delicate pan fried monkfish

Roasted Stuffed Squash (vg) 
Butternut squash stuffed with roasted chestnut and ancient grains.
Served with curried squash and a silky brown butter sauce
