Potato, onion, chickpeas and coriander chutney stuffed crispy puri – drenched in sour and spicy mint flavoured water.
– To Start:
Samosa (vg)
Steamed potato, vegetable and spices folded in pastry with a coriander relish.
– Main:
Goan Pork Belly / Steamed Tempeh (vg)
Braised pork belly / steamed tempeh with a heavily spiced sauce made from potatoes and pumpkin for a sweet but spicy kick.
Served w/ jeera rice and fresh, house-baked naan.
– Dessert:
Cardamom Poached Peaches (vg)
Peaches poached in Cardamom and whiskey, served with a white chocolate panna cotta and crushed pistachios.
