the story so far
The story begins back in 2018 on a rooftop bar in Seville. Over a round of caña’s in the late afternoon sunshine, 3 beer loving pals set out to create a relaxed, neighbourhood bar that was welcoming, friendly, and serving only the finest beers you could find.
Fast forward a year or so and the doors to our brand new boozer, in the former home of a vegan dessert shop, were open! With 16 ever-changing craft, draught beer lines from around the world, a giant serve yourself beer fridge & bottle shop featuring over 200 bottles & cans from across the planet. Served alongside an an eclectic line up of cocktails, spirits, wines, and banging German-themed Street food – all to be enjoyed in the most relaxed & unpretentious environment around!
We’re located right at the beating heart of Abbeydale Road’s mega popular and vibrant, independent quarter in the beautiful, tree-lined, Nether Edge district of Sheffield. Our warm, softly-lit, cosy boozer, with it’s comfy booths, giant glass frontage and outdoor terrace make it the perfect place to relax and watch the Steel City go by with a schooner or two!
Recently ranked as the #1 bar in Sheffield in 2021, and winners of Exposed Magazine’s Best New Bar award in 2022, we’re open and slinging out all the delicious booze, alongside Holy Schnitz’s German Dogs, Bavarian Burgers, and topped fries, resulting in the best vibes 7 days a week, and we’d bloody love it if you’d come & pay us a visit!
