Polly’s Brew Co started as a one-person endeavour back in 2017, fuelled by a passion for crafting modern, hop-forward beers. Their Galaxy Mosaic IPA was a stand out member among their original lineup, and one of the first indicators of their brewing potential from their small corner of North Wales.

Souldoubt has now evolved into a mature and amplified descendant; capturing the essence of what Polly’s love about IPAs. With the freshest Australian and Stateside hops, it bursts with juicy tropical flavours, a pillowy mouthfeel from their in-house LA3 strain, and a hint of bitterness for balance. It’s a true testament to Polly’s dedication to quality and innovation.
