Porterhouse Brew Co. – Sundown (4%)

The perfect, thirst-quenching, session IPA, Sundown from Porterhouse Brewing  Co. in Ireland is steady on its ABV, but not lacking in the flavour department. The grist is kept simple, allowing the punchy Citry, Madarina Bavaria, and Simcoe hops to provide a hit of tropical fruitiness and a slight pine finish. It’s probably worth grabbing a six pack.
